About our Properties
The Association owns 1250 properties, consisting of 1204 homes for rent and 46 homes for shared ownership. Our properties are located in the areas of Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Regents Park, Southpark Village and Old Darnley in the South West of Glasgow. New homes are currently being built in Arden and will provide a further 19 properties for rent and 6 New Supply Shared Equity homes for sale. It is anticipated that these will be available by March 2012. (see our New Developments section for more details)
