Community Involvement

The video explains about Tenant Participation and what it means to Glen Oaks Housing Association.

Glen Oaks actively encourages its residents to take part in decision-making processes and influence decisions about housing policies and the services they receive.

We recognise the importance of residents' involvement in their community and encourage all residents to take part.

If you are interested in getting involved and you can spare a few hours once every eight weeks, please come along to your local Area Committee meeting.  We want to know what you like or don't like about your area - what you think are the good and bad things about your community and how you would like to see it change.

The Community Participation Strategy sets out our commitment to giving you opportunities to be involved in the delivery of our services.  Copies of this document are also available from our office.
