Glen Oaks Housing Association has 1418 properties composed of 1253 rented and 165 owner occupied and we provide a factoring service for these owners.

Glen Oaks manages all the Association's rented properties and all overheads, including staff salaries and office overheads, are met by the tenants' rents.  Any service given to owner occupiers must be financed by them.

Ownership of a home may be Full Ownership or Shared Ownership.

• Full Ownership is where a resident has bought their home outright.
• Shared Ownership is where a resident may own either a 25%, 50% or 75% share of their home and the remaining percentage owned by the Housing Association.
