What is Gold Service?
Gold Service is the Association's innovative approach to service delivery and customer relationships.

Why have Gold Service?
We want to:-

  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Improve housing management services
  • Promote tenancy rights and responsibilities
  • Reward those tenants who keep to the terms of their tenancy agreement

The Membership Benefits are:-

How do you become a Gold Member?
The following criteria must be met:-

  • You must be a Glen Oaks tenant/owner for at least 8 weeks and have paid your rent/factoring charge on time
  • If you have rent/factoring arrears, you must have made an arrangement to pay the arrears and kept to the agreement for 8 consecutive weeks (if you are in receipt of housing benefit you are eligible to apply)
  • Have no serious breach of tenancy conditions

How do I apply?
It's easy!

Contact any of our offices for an application pack.  Complete the application form and return it to us.  On receipt, we will check your eligibility and will confirm your membership.
