To report an Emergency Repair:

Please call our Repairs Team on 0141 638 0999 and select Option 1. For emergency repairs outwith office hours, including weekends and public holidays, please contact the following telephone numbers:

This is a list of emergency type repairs.  If you wish to report one of the repairs below, you must not use the online service.

•   Loss of electrical supply to property (excluding Scottish Power supply - call 0845 272 7999)
•   Gas supply to property (for gas leaks or meter problems please call Scotia Gas Networks on 0800 111 999)
•   Water supply to the property (excluding disruption to Scottish Water supply - call 0845 600 8855)
•   Blocked or leaking drains within the property boundaries
•   Security of the property
•   Access to the property
•   Fire, flood or storm damage
•   Any problem that may pose a risk to life or health
•   Major water leaks
