Joining the Association
Who can join?
Membership of the Association is open to anyone who supports the aims and objectives of the Association and who agrees to abide by the Rules of the Association.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for membership, unless you are already our tenant. If you are our tenant, you can apply for membership from the age of 16.
What are the benefits of membership?
Members
- are invited to the Annual General Meeting (usually held in September)
- appoint the Association's auditors
- are entitled to vote at the AGM to elect the members of the Association's Management Committee
- are eligible to stand for election to the Management Committee
- are able to join one of the Association's Area Committees
What does it cost?
Lifetime membership costs just £1.
How do I apply?
Download a Membership Application Form and return the completed form to our office in Arden, in person, along with your £1 membership fee and proof of your address (for example, a gas or electricity bill).
You can also pick up an application form at our office in Arden or give us a call on 0141 638 0999 and we'll be happy to post a form to you.
