Estate Management

The video explains about our Estate Management Service. 

The Association's Housing Services staff carry out estate inspections every week. Our staff check for damage to property, dog fouling, fly-tipping, graffiti and abandoned cars. Gardens are also inspected to ensure that they are kept to an acceptable standard.

Staff monitor the close cleaning contract for the tenements in Arden and the back-courts are also inspected to ensure that the Cleansing Department have carried out their duties. Any internal or external repairs are reported to the Technical department.
