Resident Satisfaction

We are committed to listening to our tenants, owners and sharing owners and acting on their views.  To help us do this, we have commissioned an independent market research company, Research Resource, to undertake a resident satisfaction survey on our behalf.  The last time we carried out a major survey was at the end of 2007.

This survey will play a very important part in helping us develop our services for customers.  The survey asks about your views of the services that we provide for you, your priorities with regard to these services and your satisfaction with your neighbourhood.  We’d be really keen to get your view on what we can do to make life better for our customers and would appreciate if you could give this some thought. 

We need to get the views of as many residents as possible in order to build an accurate picture of how satisfied our customers are.  A sample of tenants, owners and sharing owners, across all areas, will be selected to take part in a face to face survey with one of Research Resource’s fully trained interviewers.  All interviewers will carry photographic ID and a copy of this letter.  The face to face survey started on 2 April and will last for approximately 4 weeks.  Interviews will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. 

If you are contacted by Research Resource we hope you will be able to take the time to take part in the survey.  Your feedback is important, and it really does make a difference.

We will report the findings of the survey in our newsletter and here on our website.  We will also display information in our office.  If the survey identifies areas where we can improve our service, we will keep you informed of our plans to address these issues.
