Our Tenants' Handbook gives you information and advice about living in your home and we hope it helps you to make the most of your tenancy.

While we were developing the Handbook, we listened to comments and suggestions from our Area Committees and the Arden Tenants Association, so we hope that you will find it easy to use.

We aim to give you a polite and efficient service and work hard to make your home and environment a pleasant place to live in.
