Annual General Meeting

The Association's 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on 16 September 2026 and was well-attended by our shareholders and guests.  We really appreciate the support we receive from our shareholding members and it was great to see everyone at the meeting. 

Four of the Board members who stood down at the AGM were re-elected.  

We currently have 11 Board members, which means that we have 4 vacancies on our Board.  We welcome applications from enthusiastic, community-minded people who are interested in becoming a Board member.  If you would like to apply to join our Board, please contact Nicola Logan, Chief Executive Officer, for further information.
